Everyone is welcome! We are a community committed to welcoming women of ALL ages, stages, and fitness levels. No childcare? No problem. Your little ones come along while you focus on you, mama! Prefer to come solo? Bring it on!

With our unlimited membership, you gain access to all classes led by our nationally accredited coaches, who specialize in pregnancy and postpartum exercise. This ensures S.L.A.M. Quantico’s credibility, as our entire team brings expert guidance for moms at every stage of life.

Class types include:

• S.L.A.M. (Think bootcamp style, strength training with and without equipment, etc.)

• S.L.A.M. Heavies (You’re stronger than you know!)

• S.L.A.M. Run Repeat (Led by our certified run coach)

• S.L.A.M. The Alarm (LIVE Virtual classes Monday & Wednesday at 6:00AM)

• Cardio Kickboxing (Upbeat music & moves)

• Barre (The sneakiest burn you’ve ever felt)

• Core & Pelvic Floor (monthly class led by Dr. Tee, PT)

• Yoga (Like a Mother! Pre/Postnatal)
